Agreement

Client agreement.

The agreement for every client, at both levels and with the Growth add-on. You accept it when you tick the terms box at checkout.

Version 1, not yet in effect.

This agreement is between BadBuddha Customs LLC, doing business as FoundCraft Studio, Appleton, Wisconsin ("we", "us") and the business named at checkout ("you"). You accept it by ticking the terms box when you pay. That counts as your signature.

1. Your plan

You choose a level, Found or Booked, and either the 12-month plan or no commitment (section 4). Booked clients can add the Growth add-on (section 3). Your checkout shows the level, the prices and the date.

2. What we set up

Found (setup $149 on the 12-month plan, $399 with no commitment):

  • A one-page website: your services and prices (up to 12 services), hours, location, up to 6 photos, and questions and answers that Google and AI tools can quote.
  • "Book now" buttons linked to your booking page (Vagaro, Square, GlossGenius, Booksy, Fresha or another). If you don't use a booking app, call and text buttons.

Booked (setup $249 on the 12-month plan, $699 with no commitment), everything in Found's list, with:

  • A five-page website: Home, Services, About, Gallery, and Contact and location, with a contact form, a policies page and your gift-card link.
  • Printable designs as print-ready PDFs: a review QR card and counter sign, a gift card, a business card with a booking QR, and a "Book online" sign. You print them.

At both levels:

  • The structured data that helps Google, Apple, Bing and AI tools understand your business, on pages that load fast on a phone.
  • Google Business Profile: we create and verify it, or get manager access and improve the one you have.
  • Your booking app's profile: help with your services, photos, hours and description, and turning on its Google "Book" button where it offers one.
  • Other listings: Bing Places and Apple Business Connect.
  • Your domain bought (in your own Cloudflare account) or connected, and Google Workspace email set up if you want it.
  • Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, with your site submitted.
  • Photos: yours, or free stock photos where you don't have any.
  • A day-0 baseline: where you show up on the map for your main searches, how complete your Google profile is, and whether AI answers mention you. It's what we measure against later.

Timing: your site goes live within 10 business days of getting your answers and photos from the intake form. Google and Apple verification take as long as they take; we can't speed them up.

3. Every month

Month 1 starts the day you pay. Your monthly payment starts then too.

Found ($49 a month):

  • 1 edit a month (section 5).
  • Your Google profile: we keep it current and help with anything Google asks you.
  • A quarterly check of where you show up, and what we'll work on next.
  • Hosting care: we keep your site up, fast and working.

Booked ($109 a month): everything in Found, with 2 edits a month and a short monthly report on what we did and how your map rank and profile are doing.

Growth add-on ($129 a month, Booked only):

  • 2 Google posts a month on your Business Profile, from your photos and news.
  • A 30-minute call every month to go over your numbers and what's next.
  • The add-on is month to month: add it any time, and stop it with 30 days' notice. It doesn't change your plan's term.

4. The 12-month plan, or no commitment

The 12-month plan: setup is $149 (Found) or $249 (Booked), and you stay for 12 monthly payments.

  • Your monthly price is fixed for those 12 months.
  • If you stop early, you pay the rest of the no-commitment setup price for the months left: the difference ($250 for Found, $450 for Booked) times the months left, divided by 12. For example, stopping Booked with 4 months left is $450 × 4 ÷ 12 = $150. "Months left" counts the monthly payments you haven't made.
  • After 12 months your plan runs month to month. Stop any time with 30 days' notice.

No commitment: setup is $399 (Found) or $699 (Booked). There's no term: stop any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Edits

  • An edit is a small change to your site or listings, up to 30 minutes of work: text, a photo, a price, hours, a service added or removed.
  • Found gets 1 a month, Booked gets 2. Unused edits don't carry over.
  • Past your allowance: $50 an edit. Bigger jobs (over 30 minutes) are $100 an hour, and we tell you the estimate and wait for your OK first.
  • Fixing our own mistakes never counts as an edit and is never charged.
  • Send edits by email. We aim to finish each one within 3 business days.

6. Changing your plan

  • Moving up from Found to Booked: you pay the difference in setup ($100 on the 12-month plan) and the Booked monthly price from then on. A new 12-month plan starts that day.
  • Moving down from Booked to Found: at the end of your 12-month plan, or any time on no commitment. The extra Booked pages come down, and the printable designs stay yours.
  • The Growth add-on can be added or stopped at any time (section 3).

7. What you do

  • Fill in the intake form and send your photos. Photos must be yours, or ones you have the right to use.
  • Make sure what's on your site and listings is true: your services, prices, licenses and any health or results claims. You're responsible for meeting your license rules (for example Wisconsin's rules for your trade).
  • Accept the access invites we send (Google, your booking app and the other listings) and answer our questions within a reasonable time. If we wait on you, the 10-day timing in section 2 waits too.
  • You pay directly for your domain, Google Workspace (if you use it), your booking app and printing. If you host with us (section 9), we bill a domain we registered for you at cost once a year.

8. What's not included

Paid ads; social media management or posting; photography, video or logo design; printing; booking-app billing, payroll or payment setup; building a booking system; and domain or Workspace fees. We can talk about any of these separately.

9. Ownership and access

  • You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, your other listings, your Workspace account and your content (your text, photos and logo).
  • Your website runs in your own Cloudflare account (free), next to your domain. You invite us as a member of that account to build and look after it, and you can remove us at any time. Its code is kept in our GitHub while we work together.
  • If you'd rather not have a Cloudflare account, we can host it in ours instead. A new domain is then registered in your name in our account, and we move it to your own Cloudflare account whenever you ask.
  • When you leave, the website goes where you choose (section 12). Our general templates, tools and know-how stay ours, and we keep using them for other clients.
  • We only use access you give us: we're a member, manager or staff user, never the owner, and we never touch your billing, payroll or revenue.
  • We never sell your information. We use it only to do this work. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

10. Reviews and testimonials

  • Google reviews are optional. We may ask you once, with one reminder. Your price and our work never depend on whether you leave one or what it says.
  • A testimonial is optional too. If you give one, it must be your honest opinion, we never write it for you, and you see the exact wording before anything goes up. You can take back permission at any time by email, and we remove it from everything we control within 14 days.

11. Referrals

  • When a business you send us pays its setup fee, you get a free month off your next monthly payment.
  • The business you send us gets $50 off its setup fee.
  • Up to 6 free months in any 12 months. Free months have no cash value.

12. Leaving

  • You can leave as section 4 says: on the 12-month plan, early with the early-stop amount, or with 30 days' notice after the 12 months; with no commitment, with 30 days' notice. Your last day is the end of the month you've paid for.
  • We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice for any reason, and then you owe no early-stop amount. We can end it right away if a payment is more than 30 days late, or if we're asked to publish something false, illegal or harmful.
  • When you leave:
    • You keep your domain, profile, listings and Workspace. They were always yours.
    • Your website: it stays in your Cloudflare account and we move its code to your own GitHub, send you its files, or take it down. Your choice. If we host it, we move it (and a domain we registered for you) to your own accounts.
    • We remove our access to your accounts within 7 days of your last day.
    • We delete our copy of your intake answers one year after you leave.

13. Payments and prices

  • The setup fee is paid by card or bank through Stripe before we start. If you change your mind before our kickoff call, we refund it in full; after that it isn't refunded.
  • Monthly payments are charged automatically through Stripe, on the same day each month, starting the day you pay the setup fee.
  • If a payment fails, we let you know and Stripe tries again. After 7 days we pause the monthly work: no edits, posts or other updates until the payment comes through. Your site stays up. After 30 days unpaid, section 12 applies.
  • Extra edits (section 5) are billed through Stripe by the end of the month.
  • Price changes: your monthly price doesn't change during your 12-month plan. After it, or on no commitment, we can change it with at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can leave instead.

14. What we promise, and what we don't

  • We promise the work and the reporting: the setup in section 2, the monthly work in section 3, and honest numbers.
  • We don't promise rankings, calls or bookings. Nobody controls Google's results, and Google itself warns against anyone who guarantees rankings.
  • Google, Apple, Microsoft, your booking app, Cloudflare and GitHub run their own services. We aren't responsible when they go down, change their rules or reject a listing, but we'll help you sort it out.

15. Limits

  • Our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
  • You're responsible for the content you give us (section 7), including the right to use your photos. If someone makes a claim over it, you cover it.

16. The rest

  • Changes: we can update this agreement for future clients. A change to your price or what you get only applies to you if you agree in writing (an email counts), except a price change under section 13.
  • The whole agreement: this page and your Stripe checkout are the whole agreement between us.
  • Law: Wisconsin law applies. Any dispute goes to the courts of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
  • Contact: email [email protected] or call or text (920) 212-1199.
