Who we are

This website is run by BadBuddha Customs LLC, a Wisconsin company in Appleton, Wisconsin, doing business as FoundCraft Studio. "We", "us" and "I" on this site mean BadBuddha Customs LLC.

Who can use this site

This site is for business owners and the people who work for them. By using it, you confirm you're 18 or older and using it for a business, not for personal or household purposes. If you ask for a sample site, you confirm you own or work for that business, or have its OK to ask.

Information on this site

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it's general information, not a promise of specific results. Prices and what each level includes can change; the price you pay is the one in your agreement and payment link.

Free sample sites

• A sample site is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We may decline to make one, or take one down, at any time.
• It's a private preview: only the email addresses we share it with can open it, and it's taken down after its access period (usually 30 days).
• It's a mockup, not your official website. It doesn't mean your business endorses us or works with us.
• It's built from public information about your business, such as your Google listing and booking page, and some of its text is written with the help of AI tools. It may contain mistakes, so please don't rely on it, and don't show it to customers as accurate. Tell us anything that's wrong and we'll fix it, or ask us to take it down and we will.
• The sample's design and text are our work. You may look at it and share it inside your business, but please don't copy them or put them online. Its photos are all free stock photos (from Unsplash), labeled as stock, never photos taken from your listing or social media; they belong to their photographers, not to us or to you, and Unsplash's own license covers them. If you become a client, your real website becomes yours as described in your agreement.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your request and our services: your sample link, follow-ups, answers to your questions, and offers. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of buying anything, and you can use email instead. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your number.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated or bulk requests, no copying or scraping its pages, no false information in the form, and no attempts to break or overload it. We may block anyone who does.

Our content

The text, design and logo on this site belong to BadBuddha Customs LLC. "FoundCraft Studio" and our logo are our trademarks. You may link to any page.

Other services

Some parts of this site come from other companies, such as Cloudflare's spam check, the Google map on the Contact page, and Stripe's payment pages. Links may also take you to other websites, such as booking apps. Those companies' own terms apply to what they provide, and we aren't responsible for them.

No warranty

The site and the sample sites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, written or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, from using this site or a sample site, and our total liability for them is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

If you become a client

Your client agreement covers our work together. If it and these terms ever say different things, the agreement wins.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

The rest

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we can still enforce it later. If the business is ever sold, these terms move to the new owner.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top; it applies from that date. Changes don't affect a client agreement you've already accepted.
