How it works
From a free sample to found, step by step.
You see a sample of your site before you decide anything. If you go ahead, it's some questions about your business, two calls, and about two weeks until you're live. I do the setup, and you check it.

1. Your free sample site
I build a private sample website for your business using your Google listing and booking page. You open it with your email and a one-time code. It stays up for 30 days, and it's free.

2. A call about your sample
About 20 minutes. We go through the sample together, talk about what kind of clients you want more of, and pick a level: Found or Booked.

3. Payment and agreement
I send you a secure payment link for the setup fee. The agreement is part of the checkout, so there's nothing to print or sign. If you stop during the 12-month plan, you pay a prorated share of the setup difference for the months left: at most $250 for Found or $450 for Booked.

4. Questions about your business
Plan on about 20 minutes, on your phone or computer. I fill in what I already know from your listing and booking page, so much of it is just checking. You add your story, your services and a link to a folder of photos. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back.

5. Kickoff call
We go over your answers and finish anything that got stuck, like adding me to your Google profile. I never ask for passwords. Google and most booking apps let you invite someone with their own login.

6. I build your site and set up your listings
I write your website from your answers, in your voice, with your services, prices and booking buttons. Then I set up your Google Business Profile, Apple Maps and Bing so they all match, and add the details search engines and AI tools look for.

7. You review it
You get a private link to the new site. Send me changes, all at once or a few at a time, until you're happy with it.

8. Launch
The site goes live on your own domain, and I tell Google and Bing it's there. It usually takes Google a few weeks to fully pick up a new site.

9. After launch
Each month I make your edits and keep your Google profile current. Every quarter I send you an update on how you're showing up on the map and in AI answers, and what I plan to work on next.
What I need from you
- About 20 minutes for the questions, and two calls
- Photos of you working, your room, close-ups of your work and your entrance. Phone photos are fine, and I can use free stock photos where you don't have any
- Your license number, if your work needs one
- Whether you want a link asking clients for reviews
How long it takes
Your site is usually live about two weeks after I get your answers and photos. Google and Apple sometimes send a code to verify your listing, and that part runs on their schedule, not mine.
Already have a website?
Great, that's a head start. A lot of the sites I see look fine but don't show up when people nearby search: the services aren't named the way people search for them, the site and the Google profile don't match, and nothing tells Google what kind of business it is. That's the part I work on.
If your site is in good shape, I'll tell you what to fix so it gets found. If it isn't pulling its weight, Found or Booked replaces it with a site built for search, with your Google, Apple and Bing listings looked after every month, and with your domain and your listings in your own name. Add up what you pay now for hosting, the site builder and anyone who updates it, and compare it with $49 a month for Found.
Send me your link and I'll review your current site and Google listing for free, tell you whether I'd keep it, fix it or replace it, and reply within 2 business days; anything outside the plans, including fixing a site someone else built, is quoted in writing before I start.
Everything stays in your name
You shouldn't be stuck with me, or with anyone else, so here's how it's set up.
- Your domain is yours.It's registered in your own account. I only point it at your website.
- Your Google profile is yours.You stay the owner. I'm added as a manager, and you can remove me anytime.
- You can leave.After the 12-month plan, stop anytime with 30 days' notice. You keep your domain and listings, and I'll hand the website over to you or take it down, whichever you want.
